GLOBCOM Exhibits their Readiness to Oman Vision 2040 at COMEX2022

Globcom believes that Oman’s vision 2040 can best be achieved if both public and private sectors embrace new and emerging technologies and digitally transform their business models and service provision. Globcom is already a few steps ahead of others in the provision of solutions and building Omani capacities in digital transformation.
Globcom Naql platform for MTCIT is government to citizen (G2C) portal facilitating digital regulation of the logistics sector. Likewise, the Nafadh platform for TRA is a B2B portal enabling SMEs and Freelancers to participate and provide solutions to Telecommunications operators and contractors.
Human Resources is one of the key pillars of Vision2040. Globcom is working closely with MOL in identifying requirements for future skills and training fresh Omani graduates in these skills so that they can not only participate in, but also lead digital transformations in their workplaces. So far 150 young Omanis have graduated from Globcom programs and are now fully employed.
Top support MOL in building capacities for the future, Globcom have developed and commissioned Miran, a digital platform used by MOL to monitor, track and overall management of Training for Employment (TFE) programs across the country. So far over 150 training providers are using the platform. The Miran platform has dashboards giving insights and analytics on the performance of the training programs.
