By registering to participate in the COMEX Esports Tournament, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• Participants must be at least 13 years old.
• If under 18, a parent or guardian’s consent is required.
• Must be a legal resident or visitor in Oman during the event period.

2. Participation:

• Each participant may only register for one game title (Rocket League, FC25, or Marvel Rivals).
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must be available to attend the tournament at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC), Muscat, from September 7–10, 2025.

3. Code of Conduct:

• All players must demonstrate good sportsmanship and respectful behavior.
• Cheating, hacking, or use of any unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
• Offensive usernames, behavior, or communication will result in disqualification.

4. Game Equipment & Setup:

• Game systems and controllers may be provided by the organizers. Participants may bring personal controllers if approved in advance.
• Organizers are not responsible for technical issues or delays caused by participant equipment.

5. Scheduling:

• Match times will be announced in advance. Late arrival or absence may result in forfeiture of the match.
• The tournament schedule is subject to change; participants will be notified accordingly.

6. Media & Promotion:

• By participating, you grant COMEX organizers permission to use your name, image, and gameplay footage for marketing, livestream, or press purposes without additional compensation.

7. Disqualification:

• Violation of these terms or any form of disruptive behavior may result in immediate disqualification without refund or warning.

8. Prizes:

• Winners will be awarded as announced. Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed in person.

9. Liability:

• COMEX and its partners are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

10. Acceptance:

• Submission of the registration form indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
