Delegate Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of ticket purchase online. A confirmation email will be issued upon payment.
- Cancellation: Ticket purchases apply a no-refund policy. If you’re unable to attend, substitute attendees are welcome in accordance with clause 3 below.
- Substitution: Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions at no extra charge before the event are allowed. No substitutions will be allowed during the event.
- VAT: Prices published online are VAT (5%) inclusive.
